DOUGH PREPARATION AND PRE-SHAPING

The suitability of the product requirements, the mixture of the recipes fixed by tests are prepared in the dough department and after the necessary controls it is given to the production line.

 

In order to use ideal amount of dough and to prevent the increase of cost all dough is pre-shaped.
